The general and Early Access forms collect name, email address, selected area of interest and privacy acknowledgement. Last name is required in the PET and HOME Early Access forms and optional in the general form. The PET and HOME forms may optionally collect city and country. PET may also collect the dog’s name, approximate weight and breed or mix; HOME may collect home type, household size, footwear routine when coming home and a short description of the enquiry. This information is used to understand the enquiry and personalise follow-up about the selected project. Building enquiries may include company or practice, role, project setting, city/country and project description. Submissions include the selected path, language, public source page and a random enquiry reference. Systems providing the website may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time for security and service operation.

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after consent. It measures public page visits and interactions, device, browser and approximate geographic area, distinguishing PET Early Access, HOME Early Access, Building project enquiries and Investor Relations. Only path identifiers, language, public page paths and random submission references are sent with conversion events; names, email addresses, dog and household details, declared city and country, project details, messages and investment ranges are not sent to Analytics. Form submissions work without Analytics consent.

Depending on the nature of the contact, processing is based on taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request and on the controller's legitimate interest in assessing and managing relevant professional enquiries under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The data is not used for generic promotional communications without a specific legal basis.

Analytics data is used to measure website use in aggregate and improve its content and effectiveness. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
